A man has been identified as the source of a blood vessel found in a man’s lower extremities.
A medical examiner’s office in Texas said the man had a stroke last year and had a “large” blood vessel that was present in his legs and lower torso.
It was removed from his body at the hospital.
The blood vessel was found in the left arm, right leg, right hand, right ankle, left ankle, and right knee, the medical examiner said in a statement.
The medical examiner did not elaborate on the type of vessel or how long it was present.
The hospital has been treating the man, who was listed in stable condition, for the past month, the statement said.
The man was not named.
