ICE, a new federal program aimed at stopping drug trafficking and money laundering, is a direct violation of the US Constitution and is unconstitutional.
The Justice Department announced in February that it would end the program, which it said had been used to stop drug trafficking in “more than 80 countries.”
The Justice Dept. said the program has been used “to arrest and prosecute more than 2,000 people” and that “drug cartels have been using the system to circumvent U.S. sanctions.”
